The
Microscope Spectrometer, also
known as a microspectrometer, is used to
MEASURE
the spectra of microscopic samples.
Microspectroscopy can be done by
transmittance, absorbance,
reflectance, luminescence or
fluorescence from the deep
ultraviolet through to the near
infrared. With specialized
software, thin film thickness,
colorimetry and other phenomena may
also be
ANALYZED
by microspectroscopy.
A CRAIC Technologies™ microscope
spectrometer is a purpose-built system
that allows you to measure UV-visible-NIR range
microspectra non-destructively and
with little or no sample preparation.
You can use them to
measure
the
UV-visible-NIR range transmittance,
absorbance, reflectance,
polarization and fluorescence of
sample areas smaller than a
micron. They are also capable of
non-destructive and non-contact colorimetry
and thin film thickness measurement.
In addition to microspectroscopy,
they are also capable of digital
imaging.
We invite you to DISCOVER our revolutionary technologies that include a range of microscope spectrometers,
