The
Microscope Spectrophotometer,
also known as a
microspectrophotometer, is used to
MEASURE
the spectra of microscopic samples.
Microspectrophotometry can be done by
transmittance, absorbance,
reflectance, luminescence or
fluorescence from the deep
ultraviolet through to the near
infrared. With specialized
software, thin film thickness, colorimetry and other phenomena may
also be
ANALYZED
by microspectrophotometry.
A
CRAIC Technologies™
microscope spectrophotometer is a
purpose-built, integrated system
that allows you to measure UV-visible-NIR range
microspectra non-destructively and
with little or no sample preparation.
You can use them to measure
the
UV-visible-NIR range transmittance,
absorbance, reflectance,
polarization and fluorescence of
sample areas smaller than a
micron. They are also capable of
non-destructive and non-contact colorimetry
and thin film thickness measurement.
In addition to
microspectrophotometry they are also
capable of digital imaging.
We invite you to DISCOVER our revolutionary technologies that include a range of microscope spectrophotometers,
microspectrophotometers,
UV-visible-NIR microscopes, Raman
microspectrometers, NIST Traceable Standards,
microscope
spectrophotometer accessories and software. We further invite you to experience our exceptional service and technical support.
