The 2030XL PRO™ microspectrophotometer is designed to acquire spectra, images, and film thickness measurements of microscopic features of large scale samples. "XL" stands for "extra large" and these are the types of samples for which this instrument was built. Built to meet your needs, the 2030XL PRO™ incorporates the latest technological advances in optics, electronics, spectroscopy and software to deliver the superior performance with unparalleled speed and capabilities. The 2030XL PRO™ microspectrophotometer allows you to measure UV-visible-NIR range transmission, absorbance, reflectance, emission and photoluminescent microspectra™ of features smaller than a micron across. Yet, depending upon the instrument configuration, the size of the sample can essentially be unlimited. Now you can map color variations within pixels of the biggest flat panel displays, measure film thickness of 300 mm wafers with ease or measure the fluorescence of the largest artworks.

Introduction
The Universal C-mount Adapter™ from CRAIC Technologies was designed for three things:
1. Fit to many microscope models and brands.
2. Adding any camera or spectrophotometer to a microscope photoport.
3. Allowing the camera image to be both parfocal and parcentral with the image from the microscope's eyepieces.
The Universal C-mount Adapter accomplishes all these tasks. With a proprietary design, it is able to move in the X, Y and Z axes and to allow you easily make your camera image parfocal and parcentral with that of the eyepieces.
With flexible flange design, the Universal C-mount Adapter can be used with many different microscope models and brands. Just tell us which model microscope that you are using.

Get analysis of samples using variable-temperature microscopy and microspectroscopy
Introduction
The CRAIC Technologies Thermal Stage Package is designed for the analysis of samples using variable-temperature microscopy, imaging and microspectroscopy from the deep UV to the near IR. Applications include materials science research, pharmaceutical and agriculture analysis, and geological and forensic studies.
The Thermal Stage package from consists of a thermal block configured for transmission and reflectance illumination. Able to operate in the ultraviolet, visible and near infrared regions, sample temperatures can range from -196 up to 600°C. The unit can offer both fast heating and cooling of the sample with temperature stability on the order of <0.01°C. You are also able to maneuver the sample in the X, Y and Z directions for optimal position while acquiring both images and spectra.
Computerized temperature control means that temperature variations can be programmed for the course of the experiment. This fine level of control means that both large and small variations in temperature can be achieved quickly and easily.
