Keeping your microspectrophotometer fully operational is of the utmost importance to us. Each CRAIC system undergoes rigorous quality control testing before it is shipped. In addition, each CRAIC microspectrometer comes with a Limited Warranty for Parts and Labor valid from the date of shipping. Service contracts are available to help keep your microspectrophotometer running smoothly after the warranty period has elapsed. Our team of experts can service CRAIC and many other brands of instruments. Technical support is always included with CRAIC service contracts.
We offer three types of service contracts to suit your needs and budget.
Platinum Service Contract
This plan offers highest priority phone and email responses. In addition, this plan receives full parts and labor coverage. If needed, prompt on-site service.
Gold Service Contract
This plan offers a high priority with rapid phone and email response times. If necessary, scheduled on-site service can be performed.
Silver Service Contract
This plan includes phone and email support with discounted rates for on-site service calls.

Rapid Response Times
- Most service issues can be resolved by telephone. Service technicians can be at a facility anywhere in the continental United States within 24 hours, depending upon the priority level of the Service Contract purchased and the requirement of the service ticket.
Modular Designs
- This allows CRAIC engineers to rapidly repair CRAIC systems and get them back on-line.
Preventative Maintenance
- Preventative maintenance visits can be scheduled. A CRAIC qualified engineer will inspect the microspectrometer, clean the system and realign the optics.
Qualified Service for CRAIC and other manufacturers
- CRAIC Service is qualified to perform service on different brands of microspectrophotometers...with lower costs, better expertise and faster response times. See Legacy Support for further information.

Some problems can be fixed at our facility. In our factory, we have the necessary tools and parts to fix most problems. We know that time is valuable, that is why in-house services have rapid response and quick turnaround time.
On-Site Service Call
When a problem occurs, our main goal is to help customers get their instruments operational. An on-site service call allows a qualified engineer to evaluate your instrument as a whole. He or she will work on-site to help get your system up and running again. |
